By downloading, installing, or using the KanjiCraft application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.
KanjiCraft is an educational application for learning Japanese kanji. The service includes interactive lessons, spaced repetition (SRS) reviews, quizzes, handwriting practice with AI recognition, and a gamification system with XP, streaks, and achievements.
2.1 You may use the App as a guest (no account) or create an account using email, Google, or Apple.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
2.3 You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Users under 18 must have authorization from a legal guardian.
3.1 KanjiCraft offers a free version (JLPT N5, ~100 kanji) and a Pro subscription that unlocks all content (N4-N1, 2,000+ kanji).
3.2 Pro subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and managed by RevenueCat.
3.3 Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
3.4 You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through App Store or Play Store settings.
4.1 All content in the App is the property of KanjiCraft or its licensors.
4.2 You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for educational purposes.
4.3 You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
Some educational content in KanjiCraft — including kanji meanings, mnemonics, example vocabulary, and stroke data — may have been generated or curated with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools.
While we strive for accuracy, errors may exist. KanjiCraft is a supplementary study tool and does not replace official study materials, qualified teachers, or academic references for JLPT preparation.

6.1 The free version displays ads provided by Google AdMob.
6.2 Pro subscribers do not see ads.
6.3 On iOS, we request consent via App Tracking Transparency before any ad tracking.
When using the App, you agree NOT to:
8.1 The App works offline for core features. Sync and authentication require internet.
8.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
8.3 We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9.1 KanjiCraft is provided "as is" and "as available".
9.2 We do not guarantee that using the App will result in Japanese proficiency or specific JLPT results.
9.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
10.1 You can delete your account at any time in the App settings.
10.2 Deletion removes your data from our servers within 30 days.
10.3 Locally stored data is removed when you uninstall the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. For users in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
