Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Voxify application ("App") operated by BeCaptainStudio ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using Voxify, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Voxify for personal, non-commercial purposes on any device that you own or control, subject to these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Voxify only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

Use the App to create, distribute, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Record or process audio of other people without their consent where required by law.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity using voice effects with intent to deceive or defraud.
Use processed audio for harassment, bullying, or intimidation.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

3. User Content

All audio recordings you create using Voxify are your content. You retain full ownership of your recordings. We do not claim any rights over your content.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share using the App. When you share audio through external platforms, those platforms' terms of service apply.

4. Advertisements

Voxify is a free, ad-supported application. You agree that:

Advertisements (banners, interstitial videos, and rewarded videos) will be displayed during normal use of the App.
Ad content is provided by third-party ad networks (Google AdMob) and we do not control the specific ads shown.
Interaction with advertisements is subject to the advertiser's terms and policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and branding, is the intellectual property of BeCaptainStudio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The voice effects algorithms and their implementation are proprietary.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Voxify is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Warranties regarding the quality or accuracy of voice effects.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeCaptainStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to reputation, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero, as it is free).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeCaptainStudio from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
