By downloading or using Tactix ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Becaptain Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store terms.
Tactix is a strategy board game (Ultimate Tic Tac Toe). The App is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
The App offers an optional one-time purchase ("Tactix Premium") that removes advertisements. All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by us. Purchasing Tactix Premium removes all advertisements.
All content in the App — including but not limited to graphics, sounds, animations, code, and design — is owned by Becaptain Studio and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Becaptain Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
