Revivo ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by Be Captain Studio, provides the Revivo mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.
Account Information: When you sign in, we collect your authentication credentials through Firebase Authentication (Google, Apple, or anonymous sign-in). This may include your name, email address, and profile picture.
Photos: When you use our restoration service, we temporarily process the photos you upload. Photos are stored securely on our servers for the sole purpose of performing AI restoration.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous analytics data through Firebase Analytics, including app usage patterns, feature interactions, and crash reports to improve our service.
Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and network information to ensure compatibility and troubleshoot issues.
Purchase Information: Subscription and purchase data is managed by RevenueCat and the respective app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). We do not store your payment details.
Your photos are uploaded to secure cloud storage (Amazon S3) for processing. Original and restored photos are retained in your account for your access. You can delete your restoration history at any time. When you delete your account, all associated photos are permanently removed within 30 days.
We use third-party AI models (via Replicate) to process your photos. Photos sent to these services are used solely for restoration and are not retained by the AI providers after processing is complete.
Important: We do not use your photos for training AI models, advertising, or any purpose other than providing the restoration service you requested.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly for operating our service:

In particular, our AI processing provider (Replicate) processes photos solely to perform the requested restoration and does not retain, share, or use your data for any other purpose.
